The Role




Our Product team is growing! We're looking for a dynamic and self motivated CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) Manager to join our team in London.


In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of Conversion Rate growth across our paid landing pages and publishing based websites. You'll work hand in hand with Data, Commercial, Marketing, Publishing, Engineering & other Product teams to find opportunities to drive improvements in user signups and conversions. You'll lead the testing and optimisation of these opportunities and build a structured approach that compounds wins and drives long term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Use data from MS Clarity, GA4, Tableau and User research to find opportunities to improve conversion and fuel growth across our end-to-end journeys Build a roadmaps of hypotheses and AB tests from advert to onsite conversion across our paid landing pages and large-scale publishing sites Collaborate with marketing, data and creative teams to prioritise opportunities Work with UX designers to create testable solutions to improve the lives of our customers Launch, manage and analyse AB & Multivariate tests that ultimately build out personalised experiences across both our paid/earned channels and campaigns Collaborate with engineering teams to achieve Product delivery through effective documentation and engagement Provide outstanding communications throughout QiH on your roadmap, priorities, releases and progress against KPIs

Experience of iGaming, SEO/Publishing, Affiliate marketing a bonus but not essential
