The CRM & Promotions Coordinator will be responsible for managing and optimising our customer loyalty program, coordinating promotions across our online and in-store channels, and ensuring effective allocation of campaign stock. This role requires a mix of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative skills to drive customer retention, brand loyalty, and sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Loyalty Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of PURESEOUL's loyalty program, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and drives customer engagement and retention. Continuously monitor and analyse program effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Promotions Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns across online and in-store channels, keeping the campaign calendar accurate and up to date. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and retail teams to create seasonal and product-specific promotions that drive engagement and sales, maintaining consistency in messaging and branding.
Campaign Stock Allocation: Work closely with the inventory and purchasing teams to allocate stock for promotional campaigns, ensuring sufficient product availability across all channels. Proactively monitor stock levels to avoid shortages during key promotions and high-demand periods.
CRM Campaigns & Communication: Work with the wider marketing team to develop and execute CRM campaigns to promote the loyalty program and ongoing promotions. Assist in the execution of email and SMS campaigns to targeted customer segments, utilising personalization and segmentation strategies to boost engagement and conversion.
New Promo Initiatives: Innovate new ways to leverage promotions as a marketing tool, including partnership ideas, digital content, in-store events, and exclusive loyalty offers. Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and execute fresh approaches to connect with customers.
Performance Analysis: Track and report on the performance of loyalty and promotional campaigns, analysing key metrics (e.g., customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention rates). Use insights to refine strategies, optimise campaigns, and identify new growth opportunities.
Customer Insights & Segmentation: Work with the marketing and products team to understand customer behaviors and preferences. Use insights to inform loyalty and promotion strategies, identifying target segments and tailoring offers accordingly to increase engagement and sales.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the budget for promotional campaigns and loyalty program initiatives. Ensure cost-effective strategies are employed without compromising on impact or quality.
Collaborative Campaign Development: Partner with the digital marketing, social media, and retail teams to create engaging campaigns that connect with PURESEOUL's community. Ensure campaigns are rolled out smoothly across all platforms and in-store, with clear communication to all involved teams.
Important notes:
Frequent Travel Expectations: Although the job is primarily based in Central London, candidates must have the flexibility for on-site work commitments. Travel may be required regularly, overnight, and on short notice in order to visit our retail stores located across the UK for support regarding the implementation and function of your campaigns.
Team Collaboration & Flexibility: As part of a small and dynamic team, there will be occasional opportunities to assist with activities outside of core responsibilities, such as helping with store openings, supporting team events, or assisting with ad-hoc projects. While these projects are optional, we really value a collaborative spirit and the willingness to step in and support each other when needed.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry
Some experience in CRM, promotions, or loyalty program management within the retail, beauty, or consumer goods sector.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with experience in using CRM tools, campaign analytics, or segmentation to drive results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work across departments to align on campaign execution.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Yotpo, HubSpot etc) and email marketing tools.
Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach, eager to develop new ways to engage customers through loyalty and promotions.
Willingness to travel between London and other UK cities on a regular basis with short notice. Sometimes staying overnight
