The Role




The CRM team is growing! We're looking for a recent graduate to join our team to help both execute our marketing CRM plan as well as explore new opportunities.


This role will focus on ensuring we're getting the most out of our current customer base by ensuring we're delivering best in class campaigns across a variety of marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications). Work with CRM tools and platforms to build, test, and schedule customer journeys and campaign workflows. Support segmentation and targeting initiatives to enhance personalization and engagement. Help maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance. Monitor key CRM campaign KPIs (e.g. open rate, click-through, conversion) Contribute to A/B testing strategies to optimise campaign effectiveness. Stay up to date with trends and regulatory guidelines in the online gambling industry. Maintain and document campaign briefs, calendars, and planning templates. Coordinate campaign assets and liaise with design/content teams for creative delivery. Participate in team meetings, offering ideas for process improvements and campaign innovations. Take part in training sessions and mentorship programs focused on CRM, marketing automation, and the gambling industry. Continuously develop technical and analytical skills to support CRM execution and analysis.

Desirable



Familiar with CRM systems such as Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp, Salesforce etc Basic understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, or behavioural targeting. Exposure to or interest in the online gambling or affiliate marketing sectors.

About You



A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing, CRM, and customer behaviour. Analytical mindset with basic understanding of metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, or similar). Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines. Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused under pressure, with strong attention to detail. You thrive when working as part of a team Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Last but not least, you'll have no ego!
