Bexhill or London - Hybrid, one day per week on site

Role overview

As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Email, SMS and Push (web & app) communications across the entire customer lifecycle. You will help to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness in a fast-paced environment.
Job detailsThe day to day responsibilities for this role have been sub-categorised as below. Please be aware this list is not exhaustive and the responsibilities for the role can be dynamic. CRM Strategy and Planning - Support the Marketing Lead in the development of our CRM strategy and customer journeys, incorporating a test-and-learn approach. Leading on end-to-end campaign management; including stakeholder collaboration, project planning, copy briefing, approvals, building, testing, and reporting. Campaign Execution - Contribute to the planning and execution of improvements to existing campaigns and the introduction of new campaigns to meet key business objectives with a customer first approach. Platform Expert - Leverage the full capabilities of our CDP, CRM & CMS platforms to design, build, and optimise campaigns, customer journeys, and reports. Data-Driven Communication - tilise data to create highly personalised journeys and communications to send relevant messages at the right time, diversifying the channel mix for maximum impact. Reporting and Insight - Analyse campaign performance and provide weekly reports on insights, actions, and outcomes, driving continuous improvements.

Essential skills/experienceWe are looking for someone who has experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management or similar. As a Result, you will also have experience working with Braze or similar CRM platforms. We would like to see evidence of strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities / deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first approach, championing excellent services and engagement. A large part of the role involves communicating across different stakeholders, so excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required.
