• CRM & Email Marketing: Manage CRM tools to execute targeted email campaigns, and optimise engagement through segmentation and automation.
• Data & Analytics: Conduct A/B testing, analyse campaign performance, and provide insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Content & Brand Alignment: Support content creation for email and digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader digital marketing goals and assist with digital advertising.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Maintain accurate customer data, explore new marketing trends, and drive continuous improvement.

What you will need:

• CRM & Email Marketing: 2+ years in CRM management, email marketing, and analytics with experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms, managing campaigns, automation, and customer engagement.
• Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing and performance tracking to optimise marketing campaigns.
• Project & Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and create compelling content with strong attention to detail.
