Your role: Reporting into the Head of CRM of The SUN, the CRM executive will have creative flair, an eye for attention to detail and be a quick learner to pivot in a fast paced environment. News UK is growing their in-house CRM functionality and this role will support the Head of CRM to manage email requests, build emails in Adobe Campaign with fragments and manage reporting.

Day to day you will:

• Responsible for coordinating small campaigns including planning, asset briefing, stakeholder management and campaign build.

Implement testing plans on content, delivery and data and manage the performance reporting to make data driven recommendations.

Maintain automated campaigns to drive continuous improvements to customer retention and lifetime value.

Experience in using personalisation and dynamic targeting to increase conversion and engagement.

Responsible for interpreting briefs, understanding objectives and managing stakeholders to deliver output on time and accurately.

Understanding The SUN\'s data fields, data structure and permissions to inform complex segmentation in data selection briefs.

What we\'re looking for from you:

• Experience of Adobe campaign is preferred

Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns at the same time, some with conflicting deadlines

Data-confident and comfortable with complex data sets; experience in reporting and data analysis

A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring collaboration for delivery
