Are you based in London and interested in working for a luxury skincare brand? Then La Prairie might be the place for you. The CRM & Events Manager - maternity cover role will be fixed term between June-December 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the La Prairie CRM, Clienteling and Eventing strategy in the UK & Ireland.




Main Accountabilities:






CRM Strategy >> 25%

Adapt & execute the global CRM strategy in the UK & Ireland local markets. Set market-level CRM KPI projections, revising and fine-tuning as needed throughout the year. Pro-actively liaise with retail and education to ensure zero gaps in BA knowledge of all CRM programmes, leading 1:1 CRM onboarding trainings for new starters and ad-hoc in-store visits & coaching on CRM & the Aurora clienteling tool.


CRM Programmes >> 35%

Coordinate the implementation of all global CRM programmes: validate targeting lists, allocate CRM gifts, locally produce assets when needed, adapt & cascade global guidelines, set KPIs and measure results. Pro-actively suggest and implement local CRM programmes to complement the global plan for business or brand purposes (incl. 1:1 campaigns, e-mail newsletters, SMS campaigns, etc.) Support stores with ad-hoc client lists to support business objectives.


Field Device Management >> 20%

Manage field iPhone and iPad inventory ensuring new starters receive their devices in a timely manner. Support field with any Aurora-related IT issues; Direct field team to BITS for all other IT support.


Client Events: >> 15%

Plan and execute in-store events focused on top 8 doors, including logistics and on-site support when necessary. Support stores with ad-hoc client lists for event and in-store animation outreach. Measure client event results at 2 weeks, 3 months and 6 months to gauge RS impact, sharing key learnings to optimise future event performance.


Budget & Assets: >> 5%

Own and optimise the CRM & Client Event budgets, raising POs for all related expenses and ensure timely invoice processing. Responsible for accurately forecasting global CRM assets and leading local procurement when necessary (i.e. printing, local CRM gifts).


Teamwork:



Primary point of contact for the Global CRM team, attending all meetings and scheduling regular 1:1s with key stakeholders. Ensure RSMs cascade all relevant CRM messages & communications to the field. Regularly spend time in store to deepen your understanding of CRM within the UK retail landscape.


Experience:



Previous experience in CRM & clienteling Experience working with CRM tools: Salesforce desirable Knowledge of the Beauty industry in the UK preferable
