In this role, you will work independently while collaborating with the wider marketing team based at our Brighton HQ. You will work closely with the Email Marketing Lead, Designers, and eCommerce Team to support the execution of CRM campaigns, customer segmentation, and performance analysis. WHAT YOU'LL DO:



Oversee the end-to-end briefing and scheduling of email, push notifications and SMS campaigns in line with our marketing calendar: including build, segmenting, and basic reporting of these campaigns on a weekly basis. Design and implement email marketing campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to) developing copy and subject lines, designing email templates, QAing email templates, deciding on segmentation and more. Work closely with the wider marketing team to align messages and visuals. Attending meetings and presenting as part of the wider marketing team, being a champion of the CRM channel Work in collaboration with designers to optimise email creative and template structure based on best practices. Maintain databases of customer information, drawing upon data as needed to inform next campaigns. Manage, collect and report on email, push and SMS marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine success of campaigns as well as suggestions for improvements and new campaigns. Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimise unsubscribes. Put an A/B testing plan into place, and report on learnings from previous tests which will to inform CRM strategies Ensure emails follow industry standards and privacy policies. Assist the Email Marketing Lead with maintaining automated emails, and work in partnership to come up with new ideas to be implemented. Manage and keep a log of discount codes used across all email and SMS campaigns, and review effectiveness.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:



1-2 years experience in a digital marketing role is desirable. Experience in reporting on and analysing marketing campaigns. Confident Google Sheets/Docs user and being confident on a laptop is a must.

BONUS IF YOU:



Have a degree in marketing or related field. Are versed in email and SMS marketing and best practices. Have a strong interest in digital marketing, and want to learn more about email, SMS and push notification marketing. Have a creative background (e.g. in design, or copywriting experience). Have lots of creative ideas to bring to the team and to further enhance our customer experience. Like alt fashion!

WORK HOURS & LOCATION:




Here at KILLSTAR, we support a hybrid working model. This means you will join us on site for three days a week at our HQ in Brighton. The other 2 days can be spent working from wherever you choose, either on-site, remotely or from home. Some domestic and international travel may be required periodically.


This role is a full-time position of 40 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am - 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
