Requirements:

\xe2\x9a\x96\xef\xb8\x8f Experience working with people who have experienced homelessness and/or socially excluded people, and working as part of a team in a housing, social or health care setting

\xe2\x9a\x96\xef\xb8\x8f Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with legal professionals, clients, and authorities.

Responsibilities:
