Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following proper procedures. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy setting. Ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to the workplace culture. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within the kitchen environment.
