Requirements and skills of a Crew Member:

To enjoy working as part of a great team within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the highest standards in site cleanliness and Health & Safety to ensure that the store looks presentable and vibrant at all times. The ability to pick up new skills quickly and become one of the team. A can-do attitude, a sharp eye for detail and ownership of your role. To be able to deliver the perfect Archie's experience every time by greeting customers with a smile, taking orders and being able to recommend items off our extensive menu and attending tables for checkbacks and resets. Impeccable personal hygiene & presentation standards Most of all, an enthusiasm to be a people person and getting the job done.
