We are a long established publisher with a nationwide coverage throughout the NHS acute sector. Working from our modern offices on the Whitehills Business Park at the end of the M55 you would be part of a small and confident team working on, and including processing new orders, issue of invoices, managing outstanding invoices and reconciliation of accounts.
You will work with Xero software and excel spreadsheets and the role would involve calling clients by telephone with balances of 30 days and over to engage, resolve queries and ensure payments are taken. The company is widely recognised as a market leader and we seek somebody who is looking for a long term and sustainable role. We require somebody to work preferably full time or part time minimum of 3 days per week.
Experience in xero software (or similar), excel spreadsheets and working in credit control is essential together with a confident and empathetic telephone manner.
