We are currently recruiting for a position working within our Credit Control team on
part time 21 hour permanent contract.
The successful candidate will have experience in a fast paced credit control environment, and have an exceptional attention to detail. Furthermore you will be a team player who can communicate effectively with clients and colleagues with logical problem solving abilities.
The team are responsible for collection & management of debt on the Major Business Account ledgers and Individualy responsible for a defined portfolio of accounts, split by customer type & sector.

About the Role
Part of team responsible for ensuring that TotalEnergies collects its customer debts in a timely and efficient manner. To secure payment of monies owed to TotalEnergies Gas and Power by industrial and commercial customers that fall beyond contractual payment terms.
Qualifications / experience required

Key Responsibilities:
Multi-System Use:
Efficiently navigate and utilize multiple systems.
Excel Skills:
Proficient in using filters and drop-downs.
Admin Management:
Manage shared emails with a 2-day SLA.
Organize personal emails and manage payment plans.
Handle queries related to tenancy changes, meter issues, read issues, pricing issues, and payment allocations.
Ledger Management:
Oversee 90 accounts, each ranging from 5k-50k at the disconnection stage.
Contact each account a minimum of 3 times a month.
Conduct in-depth dispute checks monthly.
Account Audits:
Perform a comprehensive review of all accounts 5 days before disconnection to ensure no issues.
Disputed Warrants:
Address customer account disputes and provide evidence for court proceedings.
Complaint/Escalation Resolution:
Resolve complaints and escalations, particularly for customers facing disconnection.
Isolations:
Liaise with disconnection agents on-site to confirm customer status and address issues.
