Job Summary

This role is based at our office in Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd

Key Tasks

Contacting customers, via telephone and email to recover outstanding debts.

Adhering to personal KPIs to ensure monies are collected and targets are hit.

Ensure smooth collection of debts and establishing relationships to ensure cash is paid within agreed timescale.

Communicating professionally with customers and clients advising what the repercussions are for non-payment - if payments timescales are not adhered to.

The ability to form professional relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment of debts.

Ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to date.

Skills required:

Previous customer service experience

Excellent communication Skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to prioritise workload

Driven, passionate and self-motivated

Ability to work on own initiative and in a fast-paced working environment

Works well in a team environment

Possess good IT skills and knowledge of MS Excel and Word

Ability to respond to all calls and enquiries promptly and professionally, while following targets and objectives set out by the management team

Ability to manage and resolve difficult or challenging conversations with integrity, professionalism, and honesty.

Salary:

23,809.50
