Credit Controller
to join our friendly and professional finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers to chase overdue payments by phone, email, and letter
Set up and re-instate Direct Debit instructions
Resolve customer payment queries in a professional and timely manner
Allocate incoming payments accurately and maintain account records
Perform general administration tasks such as sending copy invoices and updating records
Requirements
Experience in a credit control or similar finance role is essential
Knowledge of transactional finance processes
Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy workload
A professional attitude and a positive, customer-focused approach
