Credit Controller

to join our friendly and professional finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with credit control experience to join a purpose-driven business in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers to chase overdue payments by phone, email, and letter Set up and re-instate Direct Debit instructions Resolve customer payment queries in a professional and timely manner Allocate incoming payments accurately and maintain account records Perform general administration tasks such as sending copy invoices and updating records

Requirements

Experience in a credit control or similar finance role is essential Knowledge of transactional finance processes Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication and negotiation skills Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy workload A professional attitude and a positive, customer-focused approach
