Job Description
Butler Rose is working with a leading Northampton based financial services business in the search for a Credit Controller to join their team!
Full time, permanent opportunity offering up to \xc2\xa326,000 for the right candidate.
What you\'ll be doing:
- Arranging scheduled call backs
- Supervising the queue system
- Communicating with clients who have overdue accounts through phone, email, and written correspondence to assess their circumstances
- Preparing documentation for potential legal measures
- Dealing with customer queries via emails and letters
- Processing payments over the phone
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Experience in a credit control function
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Be assertive and able to handle difficult conversations
- Excellent communication skills and friendly manner
