This role will be responsible for ensuring all receivables are paid in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Sales Ledger Accounts for UK, Benelux, France, and Germany - Setting up new accounts.
• Performing and reviewing credit risk.
• Reconciling accounts and keeping a close watch on debtor account balances.
• Communicating with customers to collect debts and\xc3\x82 responding to their enquiries.
• Daily posting of cash receipts.
• Working with other departments and European offices to manage the collection of debt from customers.
• Reducing Days Sales outstanding.
• Support of month end process, KPIs.
• Processing of credit notes and invoices.
• Tungsten/Taulia/Coupa electronic invoice submission and management.
• Continuous\xc3\x82 ERP progression.
• Ensuring\xc3\x82 compliance with approval matrix for credit and collection procedures.
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties.

• Credit Control Experience is essential.
• Experience of working with multinational business units is desirable.

• Previous knowledge on Letter of Credit & Cash against Documents
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics D365
• Fluent French, German and/or Dutch desirable
