About The Job
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Control Supervisor to join a leading global group at their Head Office near Waterloo.
As part of a busy supportive finance team and responsibility for an Accounts Assistant you will form part of the Finance Team, ensuring invoices are raised accurately on a timely basis and that debts are collected on time.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the revenue team to ensure invoices are raised on a timely basis
- Chasing payment of outstanding invoices
- Reducing debt in accordance with pre-agreed targets.
- Dealing with queries both internally and externally to ensure smooth and timely resolution.
- Assess/update credit history of existing and new customers, using online credit agency services.
- Preparing reports of outstanding debts for review by senior management
- Working closely with account management team to ensure swift resolution of issues
- Maintaining/updating customer details to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Reconciliation of accounts where payments have been mis posted.
- Ownership of ledger, ensuring that any issues are progressed/escalated appropriately
