Insight Workplace Health are a leading provider of occupational health services, based in Wales.
This full-time Accounts Assistant & Credit Control role is based at the Company\'s central office in LLandarcy, near Swansea. The Finance function is currently 3 people and this role is to take over a number of essential duties as well as support Finance initiatives.
As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for primarily for the sales ledger and invoicing, with associated credit control and general support for invoice queries from clients. As the role progresses there would be work on AP and invoice data entry.
You enjoy working within a small, versatile organisation and are comfortable in a book-keeping capacity up to month-end preparation and eager to contribute to and take responsibility for broader financial and administrative projects. You are great at working effectively with others and using your communication skills across sites, departments and externally to provide and receive information.
You will succeed in the businesses as a self-starter who can work effectively with or without supervision, meticulously with an innate ability to spot and investigate potential errors in invoicing and to drive continuous improvement.
Handling sensitive company and employee data confidentially, discreetly and securely is essential.
