• To maintain and set up Customer Master Data records adhering to group guidelines. Creating and changing Sub-debtor accounts and liaising with the sales force when required.
• To credit check prospective new customers and respond within timelines.
• To post payments via FEBAN and allocate payments to Customer accounts. To liaise with the team regarding unposted payments.
• Credit monitoring and making changes to Customer accounts when required.
• Ad-hoc reporting and administration duties to support wider team when required.

Your profile:

• Credit/Finance Administration background.
• Excellent communication skills via email and telephone.
• Intermediate Excel Skills.
• Strong investigative skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable but full training will be provided.
