A retail design and production agency are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team! This agency work with a range of global brands within beauty and retail to deliver large scale installations, pop ups and window displays. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years experience within project management/marketing/retail coordination/visual merchandising to take on a new challenge with a collaborative and supportive team!
Key Responsibilities
- End to end project management of retail installations, pop up and displays, events, roadshows and exhibitions
- Maintain relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project
- Lead creative brainstorm meetings with the creative and design teams
- Manage the budgets for each project
- 2-4 years project/account management/marketing experience within a creative/design agency or brand
- Retail design/installations or events/experiential background

- Full time in the office in Surbiton (with occasional WFH)
