Creating a range of projects from large-scale pr stunts to immersive launch activations they are a boutique agency who offer a highly personal service, with carefully considered production from design through to delivery.As they continue to grow their events team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to come up with wild creative ideas, for great brands at a high pace - whist shaping the company and making their event work famous and the 'go-to' in the industry.THE ROLEThe Creative Event Production Director will be responsible for the smooth running of a large number of projects and activations within the agency. Reporting directly into the leadership team, you will lead on the day-to-day management of direct reports within your team, accountable for their performance and providing them with learning and development opportunities.Leading and producing large-scale projects and activations within the agency, you will get involved in:- The full development of creative projects from initial idea through to reality;O Interpreting and responding to briefsO Writing creative proposals and presentationsO Driving creative ideation through mood boarding /coordinating with the creative teamO Implementing project timelines and production schedulingo Briefing and liaising with internal teams- Building and managing budgets- Leading client relationships and nurturing accounts- Contracting / negotiating with 3rd parties - includes management of SOW- On-site event delivery - UK and overseas- Post event evaluation of all projects (lead by the Producer)- Leading and inspiring the team to ensure projects are delivered successfullyTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will come with at least 10 years' experience working within a creative event or experiential agency. We are looking for experience in delivering integrated campaigns involving events, knowledge of the whole production process and the ability to interpret a brand and develop creative concepts that exceed expectations.You will need to be able to work at a fast pace and love a busy, ever-changing environment.
