Creative Partnership Development - it's your job to scout talent, finding and managing freelance writers and narrative experts. You'll be responsible for connecting the dots between creative ideas and their execution. This role is crucial in ensuring we collaborate with the right talent to create narratives that resonate and align with our vision.

Responsibilities



+ Identify, vet, recruit, and partner with storytellers, writers, and freelance narrative experts + Manage the full contracting process, from initial outreach and negotiations to onboarding and content delivery
+ Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and maintain clear communication with external contributors
+ Coordinate with internal narrative leads and directors to ensure freelance outputs align with Larian's overall creative objectives
+ Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive roster of trusted freelance talent

Requirements



+ Experience in creative production or editorial project coordination, ideally in a narrative-rich medium (TV, film, publishing, games, audio storytelling, etc.). + Strong connections and experience in talent management
+ Familiarity with contract management and freelance workflows
+ Strong creative instincts and the ability to identify high-quality narrative talent
+ Highly organized and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills
