As we move in to a new phase of the Debenhams journey, reimagining the iconic brand and delivering our ambition of making it the Great British Department Store an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Manager to join the group, working on Debenhams itself and our family of brands; DP, Burton, Wallis, Coast and Oasis. This role is responsible for driving the development and delivery of all the creative concepts and art direction for campaigns, graphic design across all channels and web site development and design. From developing a brief through to delivering finished design assets for all channels this is a pivotal role in the creative studio. Reporting to and working hand in hand with the Senior Head of Creative, the role is responsible for the management and development of a team of 2 Graphic Designers and is supported by a wider studio team, additional graphic designers and campaign production. Effective communication and liaison with the rest of the Brand, specifically Brand Marketing, Buying and Tech are hugely important to this role. This is a new role so the successful candidate must be hands on and willing to work out best practice, be agile and adaptable to change and willing to take ownership of processes; changing and improving as we go.
