About you



We are looking for a strategic and talented Creative with a proven track record in developing brand and campaign design strategies, backed by a strong and extensive design portfolio.

Experience working at a senior level is crucial, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate setting, agency or in-house experience with exposure to B2B/D2C hybrid markets.

This role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic, complemented by a thoughtful and analytical approach to ensure design solutions are effective and aligned with strategic goals.

Job Function



To support with the re-brand of the Business through creative application. This role is 80% creative execution and 20% management. Further develop the company's brand identity, including creative planning and executing strategies to increase brand awareness. Including creative campaign, brand campaign, photography and videography for the business

Skills:



Visual Literacy:

A strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout, and imagery

Appreciation for Innovation:

Staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and innovative creative approaches

Understanding of Creative Processes:

Familiarity with the workflows and processes involved in developing various creative assets (e.g., advertising, digital content, packaging)

Brand Guidelines:

Ability to develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines

Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) and external partners

Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, set timelines, and track progress

Team Leadership:

Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide internal creative teams (depending on the role's scope).

Responsibilities



Execution of creative assets across various brand touchpoints (e.g., advertising, packaging, website, social media, experiential)

Contribute to the strategy for the brand within a team setting to execution

Champion the overall creative vision for the brand or specific projects, aligning with business goals

Creative maintenance of the website

Ensure all creative output is on-brand, strategically sound, and resonates with the target audience

Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.

Effectively communicate the brand's creative vision and strategy to internal and external audiences

Educate internal teams and external partners on brand guidelines and best practices

Foster a positive team culture that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

Any other day to day duties as required by the business.
