About this role
The
Creative Content and Web Manager
plays a central role in producing ISTA's creative and educational digital content, including video resources, multimedia tools, and online learning materials for teachers and students. The role also supports the marketing and delivery of ISTA's global events--creating promotional content, producing event support materials, and capturing and sharing the live experience through digital media. In addition, the role manages website content and structure, supports customer relationship management (CRM) workflows, and ensures a smooth, engaging user experience across ISTA's digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
Design, edit, and produce high-quality video and multimedia content
Develop digital resources and learning tools for teachers and students
Create engaging content that aligns with ISTA's educational and creative ethos
Event Support
Collaborate with event managers to produce digital materials for live events
Create promotional assets and pre-event communications
Outsource, capture and share event content (photos, video, testimonials) for use in future promotion and reporting
Website & CRM Management
Take the lead in maintaining and updating website pages and content
Optimise site layout, functionality, and navigation
Support and implement CRM workflows to enhance user journey and data management
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Senior Manager for Communications and Marketing on content strategy
Collaborate with managers across the organisation to transform ideas into high-quality content
Ensure all digital outputs are on-brand, accessible, and impactful
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Strong digital content production skills, including video editing, graphic design, and multimedia creation
Experience using website CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow, WordPress)
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Understanding of user experience design principles
Strong written and visual communication skills
A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
Desirable:
Experience in education, arts, or non-profit sectors
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Make.com
Experience in live streaming or recording online events
Passion for theatre, the arts, or global education
