We're looking for a

Creative Marketing Lead

to take ownership of our brand's digital presence and content creation -- from design to video, socials to strategy. This is a

self-driven role

for someone who knows how to lead themselves, think commercially, and create engaging visual content that turns heads.

You'll be our in-house creative go-to, shaping how we look and sound across every platform. You'll work closely with our management team, and in future, report into a new Marketing Manager as we grow.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating thumb-stopping content for social media, web and email campaigns Designing graphics, guides, ads, brochures and branded materials Managing and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Planning and executing photography & video shoots (in-house products, showroom, events) Supporting campaigns for promotions, launches, and seasonal activity Maintaining and evolving the brand's tone, consistency and creativity
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a creative marketing, content, or digital design role Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) Social media fluency (content planning, asset creation, scheduling) Photography/videography skills (shooting + editing) Strong visual style, eye for detail and creative storytelling Self-motivated, fast-working, and proactive - you get things done Excellent written English and a sharp grasp of tone
