This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a passion for innovative design and effective communication strategies. As a Creative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and driving engagement across various platforms.

Duties
Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality design and messaging.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Manage social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
Analyse campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience in market research and understanding of market dynamics.
Proven track record in marketing and product management.
Excellent social media management skills with a creative flair for content creation.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field is preferred but not essential.
