The Leadership Opportunity

As our Registered Manager, you'll spearhead our Supported Living Services in Barnet, ensuring exceptional care delivery while maintaining full regulatory compliance. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on-management, allowing you to shape positive outcomes for both residents and staff while driving service innovation.

Your Impact

Strategic Leadership:

Direct all aspects of service delivery, embedding person-centered values throughout your team

Quality Assurance:

Maintain exemplary CQC compliance standards and exceed Care Act 2014 requirements

Team Development:

Build and nurture a skilled, motivated workforce through thoughtful recruitment, targeted training, and continuous professional development

Personalized Support Planning:

Oversee the creation and implementation of individualized care plans that respect each person's unique needs and aspirations

Service Expansion:

Collaborate with commissioners and local authorities to develop innovative service solutions

Financial Stewardship:

Manage resources effectively to deliver exceptional care while ensuring value and sustainability

Resident Advocacy:

Promote independence and self-determination, resolving challenges promptly to maintain service excellence
Your Qualifications

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification) Substantial management experience in supported living or residential care settings Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulatory framework and inspection processes Exceptional leadership capabilities with proven ability to inspire and develop teams Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management experience Proficiency with care management systems and digital documentation platforms
Working Arrangements

This full-time role (40 hours weekly) includes flexible scheduling with occasional evening, weekend, or bank holiday commitments. You'll participate in an on-call rotation and travel occasionally for meetings, assessments, and professional development activities.
