Main Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise and manage classroom behavior to maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere, ensuring students stay on task and follow the lesson plan provided.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to the class, ensuring that learning objectives are met and students are engaged in the material.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as taking attendance and reporting on any issues that occurred during the class, to ensure efficient school operations.
• Be adaptable and willing to cover a variety of subjects and grade levels as needed.

Requirements needed to become a Cover Supervisor:

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing classroom environments.
• Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• A passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
• You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
• You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Math\'s and English ( or equivalent )
