Are you looking for an exciting new challenge this new year?Career Teachers work with a number of schools across Sheffield and the surrounding areas, and are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to support secondary education.No formal teaching qualifications are necessary your enthusiasm and dedication to maintaining classroom continuity in Key Stages 3 & 4 is what counts! If you are confident in your ability to engage and motivate students, this role is for you!If you have have experience working in roles like Sports Coaching, Activity Leader and other group positions this could be the perfect role for you! Or if youre looking to get into Teaching this is a great opportunity to get some classroom based experience!Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Stepping into the classroom when teachers are unavailable, providing adept student supervision.
• Executing prearranged lesson plans with confidence, ensuring seamless classroom operations.
• Facilitating student engagement and focus, fostering an inclusive and conducive learning atmosphere.
• Embracing a range of subjects, spanning from Physical Education to English, Science to Drama, and beyond.
• Directing class cohorts of up to 30 students, guiding them toward academic excellence.
