THE ROLE:
The firm represents clients in some of the most challenging and complex cases, and they are seeking ambitious paralegals to support with a caseload of Court of Protection matters. There is an opening for experienced paralegals to assist with day-to-day client contact and to provide practical advice and support to protect clients\' needs in a wide range of legal matters. In this role you will be conducting work on a variety of deputyship and personal injury trust matters. The appointed legal professional will be working alongside 3 other paralegals to support 2 file handlers with their cases. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy environment and will be able to deal with large volumes of work daily. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal looking to solidify their career in the Legal Market.

THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is keen to hear from paralegals, legal executives, or Solicitors that have experience in a similar environment within a busy department. The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience with court of protection cases, as well as good organisational and strong IT skills. You must be a team player and have a positive approach to your work. This firm pride themselves on their close working relationships with their clients, thus, client care should be top priority. You will offer exceptional levels of client care and will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from clients. The suitable paralegal will relish in the opportunity to further develop their career within this area of law.
