We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team at Infinity! If your a student and passionate about providing excellent customer service, ensuring safety, and having fun, this is the perfect role for you!

Availability Requirements:

Must be fully available Thursday & Friday from 3 PM / 4 PM Holiday hours may vary MUST be available Saturdays & Sundays

Key Responsibilities:

Marshal the trampoline park, ensuring customers follow court rules and have fun safely. Provide outstanding customer service and engage with visitors to make their experience memorable. Maintain the cleanliness of the park at all times, ensuring the environment is safe and enjoyable. Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition and notify management of any issues. Perform opening and closing tasks, including safety checks and ensuring the park is ready for the next day. Uphold data protection standards and ensure customer information is secure. Follow company policies on health & safety and risk assessments.

Be a team player who is ready to take on additional duties as required by management. Strong commitment to safety and customer service. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company business principles. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
