Job Description
Greycoat Lumley\'s client are seeking a Couple for their property in the Forfar/Dundee area of Scotland. The Principals are in part time residence.
Duties Include:
Housekeeping
Packing and unpacking for travel
Laundry and ironing
Changing linen and towels in bedrooms
Waste management
Occasional food preparation or liaising with local chef services
Animal care (cats)
Purchasing cleaning and laundry supplies
Weekly food shop
Household budget management
Window cleaning internal and external
Groundsman Duties:
Grass cutting
Hedge trimming
Weeding flower and vegetable beds
Leaf blowing
Driving and cleaning cars - ensuring MOTs are kept up to date
Ensuring all drains and gutters are clean
Dealing with contractors and overseeing tradesmen
Occasional chauffeuring
Occasional decorating
Running errands
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Days: Monday to Friday
There might be occasional weekend work on a Saturday which would be compensated.
Salary Range: \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa375,000 GPA
Salary is dependant on skills and also if the Couple live in or out
Accommodation: Cottage in the grounds
Start: September to October 2023
