We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with warehouse duties. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Serving Customers via Trade Counter and Telephone
Sales orders and Sales invoices
Handling cash and credit card payments
Stock taking and reordering based on replenishment levels
Liaising with suppliers purchase order portals
General Warehouse duties such as stock takes and replenishment
Qualifications
Previous experience is preferred but not essential, in house training
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively.
Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required.
