Job Description
At Savoy Timber we have three timber & diy retail locations throughout the North West. We are currently looking for an experienced retail counter assistant who is energetic, friendly and approachable to join the team at our Preston store.
Main Duties:
Serving customers behind the counter and being able to help them with their orders and queries. Answering phones at the counter and dealing with the queries from customers, suppliers or head office. Using the counter EPOS system and associated company procedures. Work closely with the store managers and counter manager to ensure all task required are carried out. Ensuring the store is well stocked, tidy and a great retail environment.
We are looking for someone with retail experience who is energetic and able to work in a busy retail environment. Weekend availability is required as we are a seven days a week retail business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37 - 50 per week
