Turner & Townsend are currently recruiting for a Cost Manager to join our flourishing Real Estate team in our Manchester office located in the city centre. With a diverse range of new projects across the North West of England, it is a very exciting time to be joining the business. You will be overseeing front end construction within the property sector, for build projects such as; sports and leisure, new build residential, office new builds and fit out, healthcare etc.
Your role will be to perform the role of the Commission Manager, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery and ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of commission management, marketing and business development and internal management capabilities.
