Our client, a global leading telecommunication company, is recruiting for a Business Corporate Trainer to join their business in the UK

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with commercial teams (incl. Sales, Relationship Managers and Partnership Managers) to determine their training requirements and arranging for necessary training sessions

Designing and implementing an effective course or comprehensive training program for commercial teams or channel partners.

Liaising with top performers to understand their pitching strategies and share with a broader audience to improve the effectiveness and success of our organization.

Ensure the training content is always as fresh as possible to reflect any change in our product features, internal processes, etc. in e-learning platforms.

Requirements:

BSc/BA in International Economics and Trade, Finance or relevant field

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales position

A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role

Good understanding of B2C/B2B business models, client acquisition, best practices for cross-border payments

Experience in designing and executing training programs, experience in employee development

Good understanding of teaching methodologies (such as adult learning theories), training techniques and digital approaches such as e-learning, mobile learning and live classes

A good team player having a passion for corporate training

Near or equal to native English speaker proficiency

Work experience in any corporate training company is a plus

Based in the UK
