Job Description
A Corporate Tax Manager is sought to manage a portfolio of diverse clients, ensuring efficient and high-quality tax service. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in corporate tax and excellent client liaison skills.As a Corporate Tax Manager you will be -
- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across various sectors
- Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and returns
- Advising clients on tax planning and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers
- Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings
- Assisting with internal risk management processes
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax law and the impact on clients
- Actively participating in business development initiatives
- A professional accounting or tax qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA)
- Significant experience within a tax role in a professional services firm
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax
- Excellent client liaison and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client outcomes
- An estimated salary range of xc2xa345,000 - xc2xa355,000 (GBP) per annum
