What Will I Have for the Role?

• Corporate tax advisory expertise: A strong understanding of corporate tax planning, including mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, due diligence, and succession planning.
• Client-facing experience: The ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex tax advice effectively to clients.

What Will I Do?

• Client advisory: Provide high-level corporate tax advice, including dealing with complex areas such as succession planning, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and due diligence.
• Manage client relationships: Take ownership of client portfolios, ensuring a strong and trusting relationship with clients.
• Work on a variety of tax issues: Engage in a broad range of advisory work, offering tax strategies for businesses of all sizes and sectors.
• Tax compliance and planning: Support clients with tax compliance issues while advising on optimal tax strategies to meet their long-term business goals.
• Team collaboration and leadership: Work closely with your colleagues, sharing knowledge and providing leadership on technical matters, ensuring clients are provided with the best advice and service.
