Are you a skilled Corporate Tax professional looking to join a team of experts in one of the leading Big 4 firms? We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join one of our clients as a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager based in London, Watford, Birmingham or Manchester (flexible and remote working is available).

As a member of the team, you will specialise in providing top-notch support to a diverse client base (ranging from start ups to FTSE listed multinationals), offering valuable advice on various compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager, you will work alongside other tax specialists and take charge of managing a portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Up-front scoping and engagement planning with clients to ensure clear understanding and alignment of objectives.

Collaborating with the Data Management team to strategise and execute efficient data collection approaches for your clients.

Reviewing and submitting tax accounting schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Reviewing and submitting corporation tax returns, identifying opportunities to optimize tax positions.

Identifying potential areas for related services provided by our firm and assisting clients in managing their tax risk effectively.

Being the primary point of contact for your clients, organizing, monitoring, and managing your workload efficiently.

Budget management to ensure efficient allocation of resources for client engagements.

Assisting in the development of your colleagues through coaching and sharing expertise.

Essential Requirements:

Strong UK corporate tax skills and a deep understanding of tax accounting and compliance obligations.

Preferably hold an accountancy or tax professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, or similar) or have equivalent demonstrable knowledge and skills.

A strong client service ethos and the ability to adapt flexibly to meet client needs.

Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key decision-makers.

Effective delegation skills and experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff.
