Person specification:
- You would have trained and been retained at a top tier private equity practice in London
- A minimum of 6 months\' experience for the junior role
- At least 5 years\' experience for the mid level role
- Experience of NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and ancillary documents is expected.
