About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned organisation and contribute to an ambitious Corporate Partnerships team at the heart of the Museum's fundraising activity. In this role, you'll manage relationships with corporate members, ensuring excellent delivery of benefits and a strong foundation for long-term support. You'll support high-profile partnerships, coordinate stakeholder engagement at key events, and maintain accurate processes and records. Working across teams and engaging a wide variety of internal and external contacts, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding supporter experience and driving partnership growth. With opportunities for professional development and hands-on experience across many aspects of corporate fundraising, this role is perfect for an individual looking to develop their career in partnerships and fundraising.
About you
You're an adaptable and highly organised relationship-builder with a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in partnerships, fundraising, and the impactful work of the Natural History Museum. With experience managing client or stakeholder relationships and collaborating across teams, you're skilled at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, help you engage effectively at all levels. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new systems, you're eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fundraising, reporting, or eventsespecially within the cultural or charity sectoris a bonus, but your energy, initiative, and approach to problem solving will be what set you apart.

Hybrid working
We are working towards a vision where both people and planet thrive, and nothing gives a greater connection with this, than seeing first-hand, the visitors, scientific research and collections that all of our work is inspired by and working side by side with the teams delivering the visitor experience and events. We also recognise the benefits and flexibility that hybrid working brings. We operate a hybrid working model that requires the postholder to work on site at least 2 days a week for this role, with occasional work outside core hours to attend and/or support Museum and client events. The precise pattern of days on site and worked from home to be agreed with your manager.
