Looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your legal career with a global legal client? We have an opening for a Solicitor who is ready to take on a new challenge.

As a Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic Corporate & Funds team, in addition to assisting with transactional work, you will also be supporting senior members in supervising and training teams of Trainees and Legal Analysts. You will also have the opportunity to step up and lead projects from time to time, with support from Senior Solicitors and Managers.

Our client is looking for someone with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d approach who is always willing to lend a hand to other practice areas in the office if time permits. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be conducting fee-earning work, communicating with clients on a regular basis, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant areas of law.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor (or barrister) either in E&W or Northern Ireland (ROI or other common law jurisdictions will be considered). Various levels of PQE will also be considered, but ideally the candidate will be between NQ-3 years PQE.

Experience gained in a strong corporate and/or commercial team is highly desirable. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and sound judgement to balance multiple factors and solve complex problems.
