What you\'ll be doing

  • Working with the customer support team, you will build a strategy and recommendations for revamping existing content messaging to our customers
  • Being proactive on identifying painpoints that our customers may have
  • Developing FAQs related content
  • Being a facilitator of our support team providing content to help them improve customer experience and troubleshooting
  • Designing a better user experience, anticipating blockers and removing them
  • Getting to know the Revolut brand and working with design and product marketing to keep refining and iterating on our voice and building out our style guide
  • Improving and maintaining content management and governance frameworks with customer experience at the heart of every decision
What you\'ll need
  • To be an English native speaker
  • 3 years of experience in B2C growth or marketing in fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper growth FinTech company)
  • Experience working closely with product, marketing, and design teams to develop creative and engaging content
  • Strong UX and product thinking, plus insight into product strategy
  • A strong track record in product writing and understanding of channels like in-product, digital, PR, operational, and offline activations
  • Knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the FinTech or payments industry
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • To be a charismatic, people-person that has the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment
