Account Manager (Agriculture)



Description

Our Agriculture Supply Chain and Food Safety department audit and certify very large number of customers against a number of scheme standards. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our integrity. We\xe2\x80\x99re growing fast, and that\xe2\x80\x99s where you come in. To further ensure and grow our Agricultural Supply Chain business, we are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This role will involve interacting with our clients and administrative support whilst delivering great customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As Account Manager (Agriculture), you will report to the Operations Lead who is UK based and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with corporate client queries via email and phone
  • Processing corporate applications
  • Raising corporate renewals and invoices
  • Manage month end client invoicing
  • Producing client data and maintaining client records
  • Maintaining client contracts and information sharing with other relevant departments within NSF
  • Gathering relevant site/farm information from customers to load onto IT systems
  • Maintaining and updating databases
  • Management of bad debt \xe2\x80\x93 preventative and reactive
  • Working closely with other teams within NSF such as finance, scheme managers, membership team to ensure our clients receive a first class service
  • Meeting with corporate clients for new business and on-going business discussions


Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE
  • Previous administrative experience to include finance and client management
  • Customer focused taking pride in delivering great customer service
  • Happy to help people both internally and externally - Flexible and adaptable
  • Calm and confident approach when dealing with challenging situations and customers
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A methodical and logical approach with good problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work on own initiative
  • The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
  • Confident personality to lead meetings with clients both new and existing
