As a Neighbourhood Services Coordinator at LiveWest, you will play a crucial role providing essential support to our Neighbourhood Management team and handling direct customer enquiries. Your efforts will ensure the delivery of comprehensive tenancy, estate, and neighbourhood management services, contributing to the sustainability and value of our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide daily tenancy advice and support to customers, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
Administrative Excellence:
Deliver comprehensive administrative and support services for tenancy, estate, and neighbourhood management, meeting targets, budgets, and operational standards.
Contract Management:
Support the delivery of estate and service contracts, working with service providers to ensure value for money and adherence to agreed standards.
Collaboration and Improvement:
Work with colleagues and customers to identify and implement positive practices and new ways of working to enhance service delivery.

per week (7.4 hours per day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - we can be flexible on this for the right candidate). Hybrid working is available for this role though cover at our
Tolvaddon office
is required for certain tasks, dependent on business need.

About The Candidate
Job Requirements
To be successful in your application for the role of Coordinator - Neighbourhoods Services, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience: Excellent attention to detail and administration skills with experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities and workload.
Ability to accurately input/extract data whilst communicating by telephone.
Ability to adapt positively to change in a fast paced, pressurised and reactive environment.
Experience in working in a customer service environment and ability to deliver high levels of customer care.
Demonstrates a good level of patience and empathy and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
Customer Service qualification (or equivalent experience through work or study), willingness to work towards.
Desirable:
Knowledge of Social Housing policy and/or experience of working with vulnerable customer group.
Desirable:
Relevant qualification in Business Administration or equivalent.
