The Residential Team
As Legal Secretary, you will work alongside Divisional Head Javed Ahmed and Partner Nichola Wilson at our Telford office. Our Residential team also operate from mfg's Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Telford, Worcester and Ludlow offices.
Day to day, you'll be successful in this role by...
We're looking for someone with experience in secretarial duties such as drafting correspondence, assisting with file management, taking instruction from fee earners, maintaining diaries and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake delegated work such as typing, word processing and photocopying.
File management including storage, retrieval, opening and closing of files.
Assist in the progression of plot sales.
Undertake post-exchange and post-completion matter work including but not limited to Land Registry applications and submission of SDLT returns using the relevant portals.
Requirements
Experience of working in a Legal Conveyancing role preferred.
Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
