As a Conveyancing Assistant, you'll deal with a variety elements and tasks such as:
Supporting conveyancers in property transactions.
Opening new files.
Completing ID and AML checks.
Creating sale contract packs.
Ordering searches.
Assisting with routine correspondence, telephone calls, emails etc.
Monitoring the progress of transactions.
Ensuring daily tasks are met and working within a team.
Providing excellent client service.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
You thrive working in dynamic and busy environments; this is not a back office role.
You are are driven, engaging and have a passion for delivering a client focussed professional service.
Excellent attention to detail.
Calm under pressure; especially being able to meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional relationships.
Sound judgement and demonstrate a logical decision making process when dealing with problems.
Excellent IT skills.
