We are currently seeking a Conveyancing Administrator based in our Head Office in Salisbury. The role is a varied one in which you will support the team with all administration and incoming enquiries. Training will be provided.
Some Responsibilities and Goals you'll own:
Client Communication
- Handling client enquiries (by telephone, email and post) regarding sales, transfers, subletting, pet permissions, alterations and legal amendments, and updating clients on the progress of their cases.
File & Data Entry Management
- Opening new files, organising & maintaining documentation, updating client information, managing databases, and ensuring accuracy of records.
Administrative Support
- Performing tasks such as preparing emails and letters, photocopying, scanning, printing, dealing with incoming post and updating spreadsheets.
Compliance
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Liaison
- Communicating with clients, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders via telephone, email and post to facilitate the conveyancing process.
Must Have Skills:
Computer literacy and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Software (MS word, Excel, Outlook).
Organisation and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Bonus / Superhero Skills:
Experience of using Qube software system.
Previous experience within conveyancing or property management.
Previous experience within customer service.
